Who I Am & Why I’m Here

Hi, I’m Patrice, a certified trauma recovery coach and integration guide.

Before I stepped into this work professionally, I was on my own healing journey… one rooted in a lifetime of trauma, disconnection, and searching for the kind of support I couldn’t find in traditional spaces.

So I carved my own path, and along the way, I discovered that my pain could become purpose. That healing was possible. And that I had a gift for holding space for others walking a similar road.

Through my training, lived experience, and work with plant medicine, I’ve now guided hundreds of people through trauma recovery, psychedelic integration, and ceremony. It’s humbling and sacred work, and it continues to transform me too.

WillOak Rising was born from that knowing:
We are not broken.
We are meant to heal in community.
We are meant to come home to ourselves — together.

My Approach

I offer a grounded, soulful, and trauma-informed space for healing — one where you don’t have to perform, prove, or push through. Whether you’re integrating a journey, preparing for ceremony, or working through trauma without medicine, I meet you exactly where you are. My work blends nervous system regulation, somatic tools, mindful integration, and deep presence. I don’t try to fix people, I hold space for you to be fully seen, gently unwind old survival patterns, and come home to who you really are.

You can expect:

  • A calm, non-judgmental space rooted in respect and care

  • Nervous system support to regulate and build inner safety

  • Somatic practices, breathwork, and trauma education

  • Integration tools to carry insight into your everyday life

  • Support for childhood trauma, PTSD, identity healing, spiritual shifts, and the longing to feel whole

  • Grounded in lived experience, I offer an intuitive, affirming space — inclusive of all identities, including LGBTQ+

  • A vision of healing that’s empowering, embodied, and ripple-making — for you and the world around you

Your healing matters. And I’d be honored to walk beside you in it.
